Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 9 West in Greer Township, Warrick County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a cotton gin spike found flush marking the Northwest corner of said Section 8; thence along the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 8 South 89 degrees 10 minutes 02 seconds East Seven Hundred Seventy nine and Eight Hundredths (779.08) feet to a Mag nail set in State Road 68 marking the initial point of beginning of the following described real estate; thence continue along said North line South 89 degrees 10 minutes 02 seconds East Five Hundred Thirty-eight and Six Hundredths (538.06) feet to a 3/4 inch iron pin found 4 inches below grade marking the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 8; thence along the North line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 8 South 88 degrees 18 minutes 59 seconds East One Hundred Thirty-four and Eighty-six Hundredths (134.86) feet to a Maq nail set in State Road 68 marking the Northeast corner of Gwaltney property described in Document No. 2001 R-011682 {being the same corner as the Northwest corner of Highsmith property described in Deed Book 100, Page 66); thence along the common line between said Gwaltney and Highsmith properties South 00 degrees 13 minutes 14 seconds West Thirty-five and Fifty Hundredths (35.50) feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin set flush with cap inscribed "Fred Kuester IN RLS S0137" on the South R/W line of State Road 68; thence continue along said Gwaltney and Highsmith line South 00 degrees 13 minutes 14 seconds West Four Hundred Sixteen and Thirty-four Hundredths (416.34) feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin set 2 inches above grade with cap inscribed "Fred Kuester IN RLS S0137"; thence North 89 degrees 05 minutes 18 seconds West Six Hundred Seventy-two and Ninety Hundredths (672.90) feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin set 12 inches below grade with cap inscribed "Fred Kuester IN RLS S0137"; thence North 00 degrees 13 minutes 14 seconds East Four Hundred Twenty and Eleven Hundredths (420.11) feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin set flush with cap inscribed "Fred Kuester IN RLS S0137" on the South R/ W line of State Road 68; thence continue North 00 degrees 13 minutes 14 seconds East Thirty-two and Eight)/ Hundredths (32.80) Feet to the point of beginning, and said to contain 7.00 acres, more or less. The above parcel is now known as Parcel I Gwaltney-Coffelt Minor Subdivision, as per plat thereof, recorded as Document No. 2002R-007655 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
