By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Warrick County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
Lot Twenty-three in Green Spring Valley, Part Five, a Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Six (6) South, Range Nine (9) West, located in Warrick County, Indiana, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat File 1, Card 84, in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana. EXCEPT THEREFROM that real estate conveyed by William L. Kingrey and Patricia Kingrey, husband and wife, to Warrick County, Indiana by the Warranty Deed dated August 7, 1993 and recorded February 3, 1994 in Deed File 3, Card 15576 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana. Subject to all easements, restrictions, rights-of-way and public roadways of record. Subject to all prior reservations and conveyances of, and agreements relating to, the coal, oil, gas and all other minerals and mineral rights underlying the above-described real estate, but Grantor conveys to the Grantee all her right, title and interest in and to the coal, oil, gas and other minerals ;Ind other mineral rights underlying the above-described real estate.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
