PROPOSERS

Warrick County, Indiana, by and through the Warrick County Economic Development Department will receive Proposals from qualified, interested broadband service providers for its Warrick County Broadband Project ("Project"). The purpose of the Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to select the best candidate, based on RFP response, to finalize project details which may include moving forward with the creation and execution of a contract with Warrick County, Indiana for the Project. Proposals must be complete and received via email in an electronic document format (PDF preferred) by 5:00 P.M. (CDT) local time on January 5, 2018 to warrickcounty@fiberutilities.com and to larry.taylor@warrickcounty.gov.

The submitted proposal must contain in the subject line of the email the following identifier: "Warrick County Broadband Project - RFP Response" Any Proposal received after the designated time, for any reason, shall result in disqualification of the Proposal. Fiberutilities Group LLC is a privately held, professional technology management firm that Warrick County has retained to manage the RFP response analysis. A digital copy of the Request for Proposal may be obtained from Dave Lunemann at warrickcounty@fiberutilities.com or by contacting the Warrick County Economic Development Department, 4763 Rosebud Lane Suite 'C', Newburgh, Indiana 47630. There is no cost to obtain a digital copy of the Request for Proposal. Warrick County intends to afford to all RFP respondents equal access to information related to the Project in order to execute a fair, open and transparent process for the selection of a service provider candidate. RFP respondents must submit all questions in a written format via email to Dave Lunemann at warrickcounty@fiberutilities.com by 5:00 P.M. (CDT) local time on November 27, 2017. Questions must contain in the subject line of the email the following identifier: "Warrick County Broadband Project - Questions" The Warrick County Economic Development Department reserves the right to reject any and/or all Proposals, and to waive any informality in the response process. hspaxlp
