A part of the North Half of Section 18, Township 5 South, Range 7 West, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 18; thence North 89 degrees 44 minutes 34 seconds West, along the North line thereof, a distance of 690.71 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 00 degrees 46 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of 1320.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of 165.00 fee thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of 1320.00 feet to the North line of said Section; thence South 69 degrees 44 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 165.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 5.0 acres, more or less, being Parcel 2 of an Exempt Division recorded August 28,2998 as Document #1998R-01575 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick county, Indiana Subject to a 25 foot right-of-way for Shelton Road off the entire North side thereof and all recorded Easements and rights-of-way.
