NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Warrick County School Corporation, Boonville, Indiana, is accepting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Food, Non-Food, Beverage, Dairy, and Paper/Plastic/Cleaning Products for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
Said RFPs shall be received at the Warrick County School Corporation Food & Nutrition Department, 300 East Gum Street, Boonville, Indiana 47601, until the hour of 1:00 PM (CDST) on April 20, 2018.
RFPs shall be properly executed on the Bid Offer or Proposal for Sale or Lease of Materials. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany the RFP when applicable.
Bid shall not include Federal or State Sales Tax. Tax exemption forms shall be provided when requested. All prices shall include delivery to the schools of the Warrick County School Corporation, or to any storage designated by the Food & Nutrition Department.
Complete specifications, including additional detailed information for bidders, and copies of Bid, Offer, or Proposal for sale or Lease of Materials, may be obtained from the Food & Nutrition Department, at 300 East Gum Street, Boonville, Indiana 47601.
The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs, in whole or in part, and they may waive any formalities and/or irregularities in the best interest of the school corporation.
