The following-described real estate located in Warrick County. Indiana, to-wit Part of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Five (5) South. Range Eight (8) West, located in Warrick County, Indiana more particularly described as follows: Commencing a distance of Sixty-five (65)feet West of the Southwest corner of a certain part of said Section Twenty-six (26) conveyed by N.C. Allen and wife to R. B. Buillvant December 8, 1966 and recorded in Deed Record 23, Page 8 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana and running thence West a distance of Fifty-five (55) feet; thence North a distance of Nine (9) rods; thence East, a distance of Fifty-five (55) feet; thence South a distance of Nine (9) rods to the Place of beginning as Per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 56 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County Indiana

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
