IN WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA

NOTICE OF A HEARING ON PETITION TO VACATE ALL OF A LAKE MAINTENANCE AND STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENTS GRANTED IN THE PLAT OF GRIMM ROAD COMMERCIAL

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Warrick County, Indiana, will, on the 27 day of November, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioner's Meeting Room, Third Floor, Courthouse, Boonville, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the petition of the owners of property dedicated as a lake maintenance and storm drainage easement in Grimm Road Commercial to vacate all of the easement in Warrick County, Indiana, which is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

All of the Lake Maintenance and Storm Drainage Easement (LMSDE) platted on Lot 2 of Grimm Road Commercial, as per plat thereof, recorded as Doc. No. 2006R-007044 in the office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana now being part of Lot 18 and the public right of way in Gateway Business Park Section 1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Doc. No. 2012R-005845 in said office of the Recorder and also being part of Lot 1 in Gateway Business Park Section 2, as per plat thereof, recorded in Doc. No. 2017R-005370 in said office of the Recorder, lying in Ohio Township, Warrick County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a corner of said Lot 18, said corner also being the Northeast corner of Lot 1 in Grimm Road Commercial, as per plat thereof, recorded in Doc. No. 2006R-007044 in said office of the Recorder; thence along the north line of said Lot 1, also being a line of said Lot 18, North 89

degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds West 12.00 feet to a point on the west line of an existing 12 foot R.P.U.E.; thence along said west line, North 00 degrees 31 minutes 49 seconds East 30.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds West 46.75 feet; thence

North 00 degrees 31 minutes 49 seconds East 267.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds East 58.75 feet to a point on the former east line of said Lot 2, now being a point on the west line of Eastgate Court; thence along the west line thereof, South 00 degrees 31 minutes 49 seconds West 30.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds West 12.00 feet to a point on the west line of an existing platted 12 foot R.P.U.E. ; thence along said west line, South 00 degrees 31 minutes 49 seconds West 237.00 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.29 acres (12,842 sq.ft.).

A copy of such Petition is on file in the Office of the Auditor of Warrick County, Indiana and may be inspected during office hours.

All persons having an interest in the proposed vacation will be given an opportunity to be heard.
