By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Warrick County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
The following described real estate located in Warrick County, Indiana Parcel Two (2) in Justice Lane Minor Subdivision of Part of Fractional Section 7-5-6, Warrick County, Indiana, recorded as Document No. 2007R-004947, being also and more particularly described as follows:Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Fraction Section 7, Township 5 South, Range 6 West of the Second Principle Meridian, in Skelton Civil Township in Warrick County, Indiana and more particularly described as follows:Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of Fractional 7; thence along the South line thereof South 89 degrees 47 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of 162.09 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 00 degrees 12 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 450.00 feet; thence parallel with said South line of said Quarter Quarter Section South 89 degrees 47 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of 290.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of 450.00 feet to a point in said South line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence along said south line North 89 degrees 47 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of 290.00 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 3.00 acres, more or less.
