By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Warrick County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Six (6) South, Range Nine (9) West in Warrick County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section at a 5/8 inch iron pin in the intersection of Bell Road and Oak Grove Road thence North (basis of bearing) along the East line of said Quarter Quarter Section and Bell Road, a distance of One Hundred Fifty-one and Seventeen Hundredths (151.17) Feet to the place of beginning, thence North 89 Degrees 44 Minutes 04 Seconds West, a distance of Two Hundred and No Hundredths (200.00) Feet (recorded) to a 5/8 inch iron pin as set by previous survey; thence North a distance of One Hundred Twelve and Ninety-five (112.95) Feet (measured) to a 5/8 inch iron pin as set by previous survey; thence South 89 Degrees 44 Minutes 04 Seconds East, a distance of Two Hundred and no hundredth (200.00) Feet (recorded) a distance eco Two Hundred and Thirty Nine Hundredths (200.39) Feet (measured) to a 5/8 inch pin as found on the East line of said Quarter Quarter Section and Bell Road, thence South along the East line of said Quarter Quarter Section and Bell Road a distance of One Hundred Twelve and Eighty-three (112.83) Feet (recorded) to the place of beginning. Subject to a Thirty (30) Foot right of way off the entire East side thereof of Bell Road. Subject to a Fifteen (15) Foot sanitary sewer easement off the entire North side thereof to the Town of Chandler per recorded easement. Subject to a Ten (10) Foot sanitary sewer easement off the entire West side thereof. Except therefrom the following described Real Estate conveyed to The Board of Commissioners of Warrick County, Recorded 12-10-2014 as Instrument Number 2014R-009628 and more particularly descried as follows: A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 6 South, Range 9 West, Warrick County, Indiana, and being that part of the grantors' land lying within the right of way lines described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Quarter Section, designated as point "169" on the Location Control Route Survey plat recorded in Instrument Number 2009R006914, in the Office of the Recorder of said County; thence North 0 Degrees 25 Minutes 13 Seconds East 151.17 Feet along the East line of said Quarter Se3ction to the South line of the Grantors' land and the Point of Beginning of this description: thence North 89 Degrees 20 Minutes 01 Second West 35.00 Feet along said South line to point "862" designated on said parcel plat; thence North 0 Degrees 25 Minutes 13 Seconds East 112.83 Feet to the North line of the grantors' land; thence South 89 Degrees 20 Minutes 01 Seconds East 35.00 Feet along said North line to the East line of said Quarter Section; thence South 0 Degrees 25 Minutes 13 Seconds West 112.83 Feet along said Quarter Section line to the point of beginning and containing 0.091 Acres, more or less, inclusive of the presently existing right of way, which containing 0.031 Acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
