By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Warrick County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

The following described real estate located in Warrick County, Indiana:All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Fractional Section 5, in Township 7 South, in Range 9 West, described as Follows: Commencing at a point 7.85 chains East of the Northwest corner of said quarter section, thence East 16 chains; thence south, 15 degrees East 24 chains and 6 links to a point on the bank of the Ohio river; thence westerly along the bank of said river 20 chains and 36 2/3 links to a post 6 chains West of a hackberry tree; thence North 25 chains and 75 links to the place of beginning containing 50 acres, more or less, said parcel herein conveyed extending from the North boundary and lying next and adjoining the ten acres of land heretofore sold and conveyed to John Bonewell, which deed was dated November 16, 1929 and running of even width from the North boundary line to the south boundary line and of sufficient width to contain 10 acres; EXCEPT; part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 7 south Range 9 West, commencing 977 feet East of the northwest corner and 1110.76 feet south of the north line of said quarter section; thence south 662.2 feet to an iron pin in the bank of the Ohio river; thence northeast along the bank of the Ohio River 248 feet; thence North 410.7 feet thence west to the place of beginning and containing 3 acres, more or less, which includes all ground south of the established road known as the "Cleo Road", EXCEPT; Part of the West half of Section 5, Township 7 South, Range 9 West bounded as follows: Commencing at a point which is 280 feet north, 88 degrees west, of an iron pin which is 156.72 feet east and 1401 feet, south 8 degrees 31 minutes east, of the northwest corner of said half quarter section 5; thence north 88 degrees west 147.5 feet; thence south to the Ohio river; thence north 76 degrees 06 minutes east 154 feet along the Ohio River, thence North to the place of beginning and containing 1.21 acres more or less, ALSO EXCEPT; A part of the Northwest quarter of Section 5 Township 7 South, Range 9, beginning 1567.2 feet east of the northwest corner thence in a southeasterly direction for 1226 feet to an iron pipe, thence west 30 feet thence in a northwesterly direction 1226 feet, thence east 30 feet to the place of beginning, known as an original road-way right way, ALSO EXCEPT; Five (5) lots described in Record as Parcels No. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 hereto on October 7th, 1957, and conveyed to Edward J. Scott and Edna W. Scott, husband and wife and James S. Scott and Margaret J. Scott, husband and wife D/B/A Scott Company, which deeds are recorded in Deed Record 119 pages 649-50 and in Deed Record 120 pages 1-2-3 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
