COLE AND HER HUSBAND, HARLEY F. COLE, BY DEED RECORDED 26 AUGUST 1953 IN 109 DEED RECORD, AT PAGE 469 IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA. BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM MARY KATHLEEN HILL AS SET FORTH IN INSTR# 2002 R-005928 DATED 4/5/2002 AND RECORDED 4/23/02, WARRICK COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF INDIANA.
