A part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Eleven (11), Township Six (6) South, Range Eight (8) West in Warrick County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of said section; thence North 0 degrees 46 minutes East along the West line thereof, Five Hundred Eighty-two and One Hundredth (582.01) feet to the place of beginning; thence continuing North 0 degrees 46 minutes East along said West line, Two Hundred Fifty-two and Thirty-two Hundredths (252.32) feet; thence South 88 degrees 00 minutes 51 seconds East, Eight Hundred Sixty-five and Seventeen Hundredths (865.17) feet; thence South 00 degrees 59 minutes 35 seconds West, Two Hundred Fifty-two and Thirty Hundredths (252.30) feet; thence North 88 degrees 00 minutes 51 seconds West, Eight Hundred Sixty-four and Eighteen Hundredths (864.18) feet to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
