By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Warrick County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

Lot Fifty-six (56) and part of Lot Fifty-five (55) in River Ridge III, as per plat thereof, recorded as Instrument No. 2001R-002033 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 56; thence along the West line of said Lot 56 North 06 degrees 40 minutes 29 seconds West 193.51 feet; thence North 35 degrees 40 minutes 46 seconds West 17.38 feet; thence North 01 degree 02 minutes 42 seconds East 47.85 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle of 68 degrees 59 minutes 14 seconds and a radius of 50 feet from which the chord bears North 51 degrees 07 minutes 24 seconds East 56.63 feet; thence along the arc of said curve 60.20 feet to a corner of said Lot 56; thence along the boundary of said Lot 56 the remaining calls South 73 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds East 157.88 feet; thence South 29 degrees 56 minutes 59 seconds West 297.07 feet; thence North 49 degrees 52 minutes 24 seconds West 20 feet to the point of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
