By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Warrick County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

PARCEL I: Lot Eighty (80) in the Rep/at of Lake vale Estates, Section B, a subdivision lying near the Town of Newburgh, in Warrick County, Indiana, as per rep/at thereof, recorded in Plat File 1, Card 344, Instrument No. 68259, on June 13, 1986, in the office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana. PARCEL II: Part of Lot Sixty-eight (68) in the Rep/at of Lakevale Estates, Section B, a subdivision lying near the Town of Newburgh, in Warrick County, Indiana, as per rep/at thereof, recorded in Plat File 1, Card 344, Instrument No. 68259 on June 13, 1986, in the office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 68: thence South 9 degrees 36 minutes 07 seconds East, along the Easterly line of said Lot, One Hundred Thirty-six and Fifty-five Hundredths (136.55) feet to a point on the North right-of-way of Eastview Court; thence North 13 degrees 40 minutes 56 seconds West, One Hundred Thirty-eight and Fifty-seven Hundredths (138.57) feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 68; thence East along the North line of said Lot Sixty-eight (68), Ten (10.00) feet to the place of beginning. PARCEL III: Part of Lot Sixty-eight (68) in the replat of Lakevale Estates Section B as per plat recorded in Plat File 1, Card 344, Instrument No. 68259 in the office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 68 in said rep/at of Lake vale Estates, Section B; thence along the North line of said Lot 68, North 90°00'00" East 114.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continue along the North line of said Lot 68: 1st North 90°00'00" East 76.00 feet to a point 10.00 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 68; thence, 2nd South 13°40'56" East 138.57 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 68; thence, 3rd Westerly 96.59 feet along a curve concave to the North through a central angle of 110°41'30", having a radius of 50.00 feet and a chord bearing a distance of North 83°09'20" West 82.26 feet; thence, 4th North 12°15'03" West 127.74 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 8,764.1338 square feet.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
