A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Fourteen (14), Township Five (5) South, Range Eight (8) West, in Warrick County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section Fourteen (14) a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Twenty-eight and Sixteen Hundredths (1128.16) feet South 89 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds East of the Northwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence South 89 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds East a distance of Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty (1320) feet; thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet; thence North 00 degrees 15 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty (1320) feet to the place of beginning. Excepting therefrom the following described real estate: Shelton Road Exempt division Tract #36, recorded in File 1, Card 357-1, in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana, being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Fourteen (14) Township Five (5) South, Range Eight (8) West in Warrick County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section Fourteen (14) a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Twenty-eight and Sixteen Hundredths (1128.16) feet South 89 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds East of the Northwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence South 89 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds East a distance of One Hundred Sixty-five (165) feet; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty (1320) feet; thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of One Hundred Sixty-five (165) feet; thence North 00 degrees 15 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty (1320) feet to the place of beginning. Subject to a Forty (40) foot right-of-way off the North side for Shelton Road.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
