NOTICE OF SUIT
To the Defendant named below herein, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above.
The nature of the suit is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property located in Warrick County at 1116 Chariton Dr., Boonville, IN, 47601, legally described as:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Five (5) South, Range Eight (8) West, in Warrick County, Indiana, also being a Part of Lot Eleven (11) of Mac-Ray Acres Part Five (5) in Warrick County, Indiana, as recorded per plat thereof in Plat File 1, Card 335 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Ten (10) of Mac-Ray Acres Part Five (5); thence South 00 Degrees 19 Minutes 00 Seconds East a distance of Twenty-Six and No Hundredths (26.00) feet to the point of beginning; thence South 89 Degrees 49 Minutes 00 Seconds East a distance of One Hundred Fifteen and No Hundredths (115.00) feet; thence South 00 Degrees 19 Minutes 00 Seconds East a distance of Fifty-three and Twenty-eight Hundredths (53.28) feet; thence North 89 Degrees 38 Minutes 10 Seconds West a distance of One Hundred Fifteen and No Hundredths (115.00) feet; thence North 00 Degrees 19 Minutes 00 Seconds West a distance of Fifty-two and Ninety-one Hundredths (52.91) feet to the point of beginning. (hereafter “Real Estate”).
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following Defendant who may claim some interest in the Real Estate and whose whereabouts are not known with certainty:

You must respond to this summons by publication, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit has been published. If you fail to do so, a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
You may be entitled to a settlement conference that will allow you to speak with your mortgage company and discuss alternatives to foreclosure. If you want a settlement conference, you must request it with the court within 30 days after you received this summons.
