SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as:

Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Five (5) South, Range Eight (8) West, being in the City of Boonville, Warrick County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows:

Commencing Sixteen (16) feet East of the Southeast Corner of a tract of land deeded to Lot H. Fleming by Peter Goad, on June 13, 1891 (see Deed Record 48, Page 346, in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana) the same being the intersection of the East line of Stevens Street with the North line of Centennial Avenue in said Boonville; and running thence North Sixty-six (66) feet along the East line of Stevens Street; thence East Sixty-two and Five Tenths (62.5) feet to an iron pin; thence South Sixty-six (66) feet to the North line of Centennial Avenue in said City; thence West along said North line Sixty-two and Five Tenths (62.5) feet to the place of beginning, according to a plat and survey thereof by Edward J. Bottomley, Ind. Reg. L. S. No. 9858, dated April 26, 1978.

This property is commonly known as 204 East Centennial Avenue aka 204 Centennial Drive, Boonville, IN 47601
