BE IT KNOWN, that The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for Amresco Residential Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 1997-2, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Elyssa M. Meade, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Warrick Circuit Court its Complaint against Defendants The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Sheila Timmel, AKA Sheila D. Timmel, AKA Sheila Darlen Timmel and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Sheila Timmel, AKA Sheila D. Timmel, AKA Sheila Darlen Timmel and The Unknown heirs devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Robert Lee Timmel Jr. AKA Robert Timmel AKA Robert Lee Timmel, and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the estate of Robert Lee Timmel Jr. AKA Robert Timmel AKA Robert Lee Timmel, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendants, The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Sheila Timmel, AKA Sheila D. Timmel, AKA Sheila Darlen Timmel and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Sheila Timmel, AKA Sheila D. Timmel, AKA Sheila Darlen Timmel and The Unknown heirs devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Robert Lee Timmel Jr. AKA Robert Timmel AKA Robert Lee Timmel, and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the estate of Robert Lee Timmel Jr. AKA Robert Timmel AKA Robert Lee Timmel, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Warrick County, State of Indiana, to wit:

The entire North Half of Lot #5 in Block 2 in the Town of Chandler, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book One (1), Page 80-81, in the Recorder's Office of Warrick County, Indiana

commonly known as 116 West Washington Street, Chandler, IN 47610.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
