LOT NUMBER TWO (2) IN BRIARWOOD HILLS, A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 9 WEST, AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 406 IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA. SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, EASEMENTS AND ENCUMBRANCES OF RECORD.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
