Part of the Northwest quarter of Section 25, Township 5 south, Range 9 west more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 5/8" iron pin found at the Northeast corner of said quarter section; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds west, along the North line thereof 874.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 05 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds east, 872.47 feet to a 5/8" iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds west 318.40 to a mag-nail set in the center of Farley Road; thence North 05 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds west, along the centerline of said Road 872.47 feet to a 5/8" iron pin found on the North line of said quarter section; thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds east 318.40 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.3446 acres, more or less, and being Parcel 2 of the Harper Hill Minor Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Document #2007R-003967 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana, with a common address of 1888 Farley Road, Chandler, In 47610.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
