This summons is to the defendants TERRY J. ECKISS, TERI L. ECKISS, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III AND AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC and to any other person who may be concerned..
Notice is hereby given that TERRY J. ECKISS, TERI L. ECKISS, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION AND AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC have been made a party defendants in an action filed in Warrick Superior Court #2 filed by the above plaintiff. This summons by publication is specifically directed to such persons and entities, whose whereabouts are unknown.
The plaintiff is represented by Attorney Don R. Ashley, 210 S. Third St., P.O. Box 451 , Boonville, Indiana, Telephone (812) 897-2420.
The nature of this suit is to quiet the title to the following described real estate in Warrick County, Indiana:
Forty-five (45) feet of even width off of the entire South Side of Lot Twelve (12) in the Stephen T. and Elizabeth A. Goad's Addition to the town, now City of Boonville, Indiana, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2
page 2 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana, located at 1021 N. Third Street, Boonville, Indiana.

The basis of plaintiffs title to said real estate is a Tax Deed, resulting from a Tax Sale of property taxes returned delinquent in names of Terry J. Eckiss and Teri L. Eckiss.
An answer or other response in writing to the complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney within 30 days after the 3rd notice of suit, and if you fail to do so, judgment may be entered quieting the title to the above real estate against any claim you may have.
