The Town of Newburgh, Indiana (23W Jennings St; P.O. Box 6; Newburgh, IN 47630) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Triple Crown Lift Station Elimination Project at the following location in Warrick County, Indiana: (linear line route) beginning approx. 400 feet north of the intersection of S.R. 66 and Bell Road on the west side of Bell Rd along Edwards Ditch., then south to the north side of Edwards Ditch at S.R. 66, then west parallel to the north side Edwards Ditch along S.R. 66 to Libbert Road, then north along the east side of Edwards Ditch at Libbert Rd. to the north side of an unnamed tributary to Edwards Ditch, then crossing Libbert Rd. following the north side of Edwards Ditch northwest for ¼ mi. before turning due north towards the Master Lift Station. Part of the project will also be located near the Kingston Lift Station located ¼ mile east of the Bell Road / Vann Road intersection along an unnamed tributary to Edwards Ditch. Storm water runoff from the project site, may potentially discharge into Edwards ditch and an unnamed tributary to Edwards Ditch.
