By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Warrick County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

Parcel I: Lot Nineteen (19) of Part One (1) of Car-Lin Estates Subdivision of the City of Boonville, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 445 and replated in Miscellaneous File 2, Card 10243 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana. EXCEPTING THEREFROM, part of Lot Nineteen (19) in Part One (1) of Car-Lin Estates Subdivision in the City of Boonville, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 445 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Nineteen (19); thence North 27 degrees 46 minutes 24 seconds East along the West line of said Lot Nineteen (19) a distance of Twenty-four and Eighty-five Hundredths (24.85) feet; thence South 63 degrees 36 minutes West a distance of Fifty-one and Six tenths (51.6) feet to a point on the South line of said Lot Nineteen (19); thence West along said South line a distance of Fifty-seven and Fifteen Hundredths (57.15) feet to the point of beginning. Parcel II: Part of Lot Eighteen (18) in Part One (1) of Car-Lin Estates Subdivision in the City of Booneville, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot Eighteen (18); thence West along the North line of said Lot Eighteen (18) a distance of Fifty-seven and Fifteen Hundredths (57.15) feet; thence South 63 degrees 36 minutes East a distance of Fifty-two and Five tenths (52.5) feet to a point on the East line of said Lot Eighteen (18); thence North 23 degrees 54 minutes East a distance of Twenty-three and Fifty-six Hundredths (23.56) feet to the point of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
