NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Warrick County Board of Zoning Appeals of a public hearing to be held Monday, June 26, 2017 at 6:00 P.M., in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Suite 303, Third Floor, Courthouse, Boonville, IN upon the following:

NATURE OF CASE: Applicant requests a Variance from the requirements as set forth in the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance in effect for Warrick County, IN to allow an Improvement Location Permit to be issued for the construction of a pedestrian bridge that would encroach into a recorded drainage easement for additional parking in a “C-4” General Commercial zoning district.

WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO THE PROPOSALS THAT ARE FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE WARRICK COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION BEFORE THE HEARING WILL BE CONSIDERED.

ORAL COMMENTS CONCERNING THE PROPOSALS WILL BE HEARD AT THE HEARING. THE HEARING MAY BE CONTINUED FROM TIME TO TIME AS MAY BE FOUND NECESSARY BY THE COMMISSION.
