By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Warrick County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 9 WEST, LYING IN WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA; ALSO KNOWN AS THE WEST HALF OF LOT 2 IN THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF GROENINGER'S SUBDIVISION, AND MORE PARTCULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID QURTER QUARTER SECTION, WHICH LIES 437.75 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION; THENCE COUNTINUE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION FOR A DISTANCE OF 197.25 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLET WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION FOR A DISTANCE OF 179.25 FEET; THENCE NORTH AND PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION FOR A DISTANCE OF 197.25 FEET; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION OF A DISTANCE OF 179.25 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, AND CONTAINING 0.81 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE IS SUBJECT TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY 20.00 FEET WIDE OFF THE NORTH SIDE THEREOF FOR A PROPOSED ROAD; ALSO, SUBJECT TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY 20.00 FEET WIDE OF THE WEST SIDE THEREOF FOR BELL ROAD.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
