The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as:

LOT NUMBER TWENTY-SIX (26) IN PART THREE (3) FAIRVIEW ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF CHANDLER, WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 96 IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA.

SUBJECT OT THE FOLLOWING:

EASEMENTS, RIGHTS-OF-WAY, HIGHWAYS, ROADWAYS AND BUILDING AND USE RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.

EXISTING PUBLIC HIGHWAYS AND ROADWAYS.

ALL DUE AND UNPAID REAL PROPERTY TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS.

PRIOR RECORDED CONVEYANCES, RESERVATIONS, AND LEASES OF COAL, OIL, GAS AND OTHER
