According to a probable cause affidavit, Walker allegedly molested the child while they were living in Elberfeld. The probable cause affidavit details allegations that Walker touched the child inappropriately and showed the child inappropriate personal photos.
The affidavit states that Walker was advised of his rights, but agreed to speak with officers in the investigation later admitting to the activity. However, he said he did not show the photos to anyone other than adults.
"Walker admitted that he knows that any sexual activity between him and [the child] is a criminal act," the affidavit states. "Walker said that he felt his actions are revolting. Walker also believed that he would have to face what he did at some point."
Walker is being held on a $10,000 cash bond on the charge of child molesting, a Level 1 felony, and child molesting, a Level 4 felony.
