A Warrick County man has been arrested on charges of rape, child molesting, battery and criminal confinement after an investigation into allegations made by two minors.

Floyd Caudill, 34, of the 300 block of Cherry Street in Lynnville, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 30, after an investigation into allegations made by two minors who had lived with Caudill after their mother left. The minors alleged that the abuse went on for a number of years, but the reports were mostly ignored by their mother.

Caudill was charged with two counts of rape as a Level 3 felony, six counts of sexual misconduct with a minor as a Level 4 felony, one count of sexual misconduct with a minor as a Level 5 felony, two counts of child molesting as a Level 4 felony, one count of criminal confinement as a Level 6 felony and one count of domestic battery by bodily waste as a Class A misdemeanor.
