Marion (Austin) Hutchinson, 91, of Boonville, passed away peacefully at home on Nov. 21, 2017. Marion was born in Princeton, Ind., on July 12, 1926 to the late Dewey and Amelia Austin. She graduated from Lynnville High School & worked at Sunbeam Evansville during WWII. Marion worked side by side with her husband at Hutchinson Jewelers from 1955 until retirement. She was a member of Hemenway Presbyterian Church for over 50 years where she sang in the choir. She was also a member of Tri-Kappa Philanthropic Organization in Boonville, Boonville Country Club, and a former member of Rolling Hills Country Club where she was on the Ladies 18 Hole League.

Marion is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Georgia Bailey. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Ralph Hutchinson; one son, Roger (Judy) Hutchinson; grandchildren, Stephanie (Danny) Van Horn of Indianapolis, Robert (Nicole) Hutchinson of Evansville, great-grandchildren; Joshua and Natalie Van Horn, Hadassah, Naomi, Rebekah, Reuben and Rylan Hutchinson; brothers, Fred Austin, Clyde (Sandra) Austin, nieces and nephews.

The family would like to say a special Thank You! to Karen Postin who cared lovingly for Marion for the past 4 years.

Funeral Service was at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27, 2017, at Bradley's Colonial Chapel, 1005 E. Main St., Boonville. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery.

Memorial contributions preferred to Hemenway Presbyterian Church in Boonville.
