AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE
WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE BY REZONING CERTAIN
REAL ESTATE IN
WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WARRICK
COUNTY, INDIANA:
Section 1. That the Warrick County, Indiana Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and the Warrick County Zoning District Maps dated February 1, 2005, and made a part of said Ordinance, be and the same are hereby amended as follows:
That the boundaries of the "C 3'" Highway Commercial District as shown on said Warrick County Zoning District Maps, be amended as to the following described real estate:
Lots One (1) and Five (5) in Block One (1) in Crest-View Terrace Subdivision, a Subdivision of part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-Five (35), Township Six (6) South, Range Nine (9) West, according to the recorded plat there of as recorded in Plat book 3, Page 146, and revised plat in Plat Book 4, Page 49 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick County, Indiana.
Except there from a part of Lot One (1) IN Crest-View Terrace Subdivision, a Subdivision of part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Six (6) South, Range Nine (9) West, according to the recorded plat there of as recorded in Plat book 3, Page 146, and revised plat in Plat Book 4, Page 49 in the Office of the Recorder of Warrick, County, Indiana described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest comer of said Lot; thence North 0 degrees 25 minutes 07 seconds East a distance of One Hundred Sixty-five and No Hundredths (165.00) feet along the west line of said lot; thence South 82 degrees 35 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of Eleven and Sixty-three Hundredths (11.63) feet; thence South 0 degrees 18 minutes 47 seconds West a distance of One Hundred Forty-Six and Forty-five Hundredths (146.45) feet; thence South 44 degrees 26 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of Thirty-nine and Nine Hundredths (39.09) feet to the southern line of said lot; thence North 74 degrees 31 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of Forty and Seventy-seven Hundredths (40.77) feet along said Southern line to the point of beginning and said to contain 2,219 square feet, more or less.
which real estate is now zoned and classified as part of the "C 3" Highway Commercial District, as shown on the aforesaid Warrick County Zoning District Maps, so that said above described real estate shall be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from said "C 3" District to said "R 18" District.
Section 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Warrick, State of Indiana.
