C. Keith Small, 63, of Boonville, Indiana passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2020 at IU Medical Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Keith was born in Evansville, Indiana on July 26, 1957 to the late Carlos Lloyd and Lola Pearl (Lillpop) Small.

Keith was a graduate of Boonville High School. He was an Employee of AFCO for over 30 years where he made countless friends over the years. Keith was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his friends. Keith was an amazing father, grandfather, and friend. His favorite thing to do was to spend time with his two grandchildren. He never missed a sporting event and was “Papaw Keith” to all of their friends. Keith will be missed by so many.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Keith is survived by his daughters, Ashlee Gentry and her husband, Brandon of Boonville, IN; Haylee Erwin and her husband, Keith of Boonville, IN; son, Reid Small of Evansville, IN; his beloved grandchildren, Brody Gentry, Brynn Gentry; sister, Becky Merkley and her husband, Bill; godson, David Merkley; countless family members and friends that he loved dearly.

Services will be 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021 at Koehler Funeral Home in Boonville, Indiana with Pastor Kris Brown officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Boonville, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021 and again from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
