Boonville, IN — Hillary Suzanne (Lutz) Paff, 36, of Boonville, Indiana passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at her residence.

Hillary was born on Nov. 3, 1983 in Evansville, Indiana, the daughter of the late John F. and Nancy S. Lutz.

Hillary was a 2002 graduate of Boonville High School. After high school, she attended Vincennes University where she obtained a degree in Mortuary Science. Hillary was a lifelong member of St. John’s UCC in Boonville, Indiana. She was one of the original “Koehler Girls” at Koehler Funeral Home where she worked as a Funeral Director for 6 years. Hillary’s passion for helping animals is what she is well known for. She worked at Warrick Veterinary Clinic for approximately 13 years. Hillary loved old cars, riding with her husband on his Harley, camping with her family, attending concerts, and living life to the fullest. She was best known for her infectious laugh, big smile, and being the life of the party wherever she was.

Hillary is survived by her husband, Patrick J. “PJ” Paff; children, Gage and Lydia Paff; brothers, John Phillip Lutz, and Elgin J. Lutz (Polly); grandfather, Jim Kirby; father-in-law, Robert Paff; mother-in-law, Gayle Paff; and many aunts, uncles; cousins, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; John and Nancy Lutz, grandmothers; Gloria “June” Kirby and Dorthy Hanold.

Visitation was held Sunday, May 24, 2020 at St. John United Church of Christ in Boonville, Indiana, and again on Monday, May 25, 2020 until time of service.

Funeral services were held Monday, May 25, 2020 at the church. The final resting place will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Boonville.
