BOONVILLE, Ind. — Lincoln Michael Barber, 2 months, of Boonville, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2020 at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Lincoln was born at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana on Sept. 12, 2020 to William Michael and Meagan Rose (Steele) Barber.

Lincoln was the sweetest baby. He had a smile that could light up a room. Lincoln fought hard for 59 days before he got tired and was ready to rest with God. He will forever be remembered by his strength and courage to fight as long as he did. He made a huge impact on so many people’s lives. He is our hero, Tiny Warrior, and we will always stay #LincolnStrong for him.

He is survived by his parents, sister, Sophia Barber; grandparents, Angela Gable (Mike); Rowena Barber, David Barber, Bryan Steele (Lisa); Sydney Howe, Scott Howe; great grandparents, Sharon Harper (Charles); Bonnie Edwards (Donald); Dana Lewis (Larry); Cheryl Rowans, Allen Steele (Sue); several aunts and uncles.

Services were held on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020 at Koehler Funeral Home in Boonville, Indiana. Burial took place at Garrison Chapel Cemetery in Tennyson, Indiana.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent Hospital Evansville NICU.
