NEWBURGH — Judith Kristin Rohrig Owen, 39, died Sept. 30 at her residence.

She was born Feb. 9, 1981 in Indianapolis to Judith (Meacham) and Byron Rohrig. She was a 1999 graduate of Memorial High School in Evansville and studied photography at Ivy Tech. She was a former library assistant at Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library and Willard Library, and had worked at Borders, Kohl’s and Sonic. A talented photographer, she had her work published in the anthology STONES (Lone Wolf Publications).

In addition to her parents, of Evansville, survivors include two sons, Aidan and Micah Owen; a daughter, Aerith Owen; a sister, Rebekah (Derek) Statz of Evansville; a nephew, Asher Statz; and aunts Cheryl Rohrig of Seattle and Kathy Meacham of Madison, Ind.

Ziemer Funeral Home handled her arrangements, but there were no public services.
